Support Worker
Headstart Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Support Workers for our client based in Lewisham and surrounding areas.
Please note we are a recruitment agency so you will be working various shifts on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months recent care/ support work experience
- A valid DBS certificate on the update service
- Mandatory training
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support and assistance to vulnerable individuals.
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Following care plans and provide appropriate support to meet individual needs.
- Administering medication according to prescribed instructions.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding if necessary.
- Supporting individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
