About the Role
Our client is a landscaping design & build company recruiting for a Landscape/Architect Designer who will create and
oversee 3D landscape designs and manage clients throughout the sales, design and construction stages. This is an

Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual proposals.
- Prepare and present landscaping proposals, including 2D designs, 3D renders, CAD drawings and other relevant options.
- Understand and review detailed plans and working drawings, including construction details and project specifications using
computer-aided design (CAD). - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through the design and construction process.
- Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers' requirements.
- Work with the Operations Team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Lead selection of suitable material for projects.
- Continuously grow and stay up to date with current market trends.
- Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers.
- Prepare project estimates together with the Operations Team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Design Manager.
- Team management.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field with at least 2+ years of experience in a related field within the UAE.
- Strong creative and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other graphic or rendering software.
- Working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to the function.
- Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, with knowledge of
related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques. - Valid UAE Driving License.
