Care Recruitment Consultant
Location: Sutton, SM1 1DF - Hybrid working
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 Pro Rata, plus commission for successful placements
Working Hours: Part time role to cover afternoons, exact hours to be discussed upon application.
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have previous recruitment experience, and have excellent customer service skills with the ability to build great working relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities include:
- Selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face
- Delivering high quality service and maintaining client relationships
- Candidate generation
- Filling incoming vacancies
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
